The rules for using this website. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

This site is not dental advice

Everything here is general information about the services we offer. It isn't advice about your teeth, and reading it doesn't make you our patient.

Every mouth is different. Nothing on this site should be used to decide whether you need treatment, or to put off getting seen.

If you're in pain or in an emergency

Call us on 905.844.0872 during opening hours and we'll do what we can to see you the same day.

We're closed on weekends. If you have serious pain, swelling, bleeding that won't stop, or trouble breathing or swallowing, go to your nearest emergency department or call 911. Don't wait on a web form.

Sending the form isn't a booking

The form is a request. It doesn't hold a time for you.

Your appointment is booked once someone from our team has spoken to you and confirmed it. We aim to call back the same business day, and the next working day if you send it outside our hours.

Fees and insurance

Our fees follow the current Ontario Dental Association Suggested Fee Guide for General Practitioners. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Any price on this site is a guide. What your own treatment costs depends on what you need, and you'll get it in writing before we start.

Your insurance contract is between you and your insurer. We'll submit the claim for you and check your coverage first, but we can't guarantee what they'll pay, and anything they don't cover is yours to settle.

Missed appointments

Please give us at least one business day's notice if you need to change or cancel. We may charge for appointments missed without notice.

Our content

The text, images and design on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Please don't copy them for your own commercial use.

Links to other sites

We link to a few outside services, like Google Maps. We don't control them and we're not responsible for what's on them.

Keeping the site running

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove anything on it at any time.

Limits

Nothing here limits our responsibility for the dental care we actually provide. That is governed by professional standards and by Ontario law.

For the website itself, we're not liable for loss arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.
